Delivery Policy

Each Producer is solely responsible for arranging for delivery of all purchased Products to the applicable Purchaser, including without limitation charging any applicable delivery fee and ensuring that the purchased Product is delivered on time (whether by Producer or a third party delivery service). If any amount is charged for delivery of any Products, such amount will be clearly articulated and identified to the Purchaser prior to the completion of the transaction.
