A. Sorry something is wrong, and you want a refund, that’s a bummer.
B. Head over to the order you would like a refund on. Scroll down until you find a button titled "Request Refund", and fill out the form.
Please be as detailed as possible so your producer can manage your refund appropriately. Include photos and a description of the issue you are facing if possible.
Just a note, our producers handle all refunds. So, it is up to them if they would like to grant one. If they don’t and you really think you deserve one, you can reach out to us again and we can figure something out.
