Our producers work very hard to fulfill every order completely and correctly, it is in their best interest to do so. Unfortunately, some instances may arise when they are unable to. This could be due to a variety of reasons such as weather, equipment failure, or family emergencies. We encourage our producers to communicate with you to inform you when an order is canceled as soon as possible and what the reasoning is. Part of purchasing from the small businesses within our local food system is understanding that it is very challenging to have a 100% success rate with orders so please continue to be supportive community members through the ups and downs.
Producers will send you a refund for canceled orders if you are charged. In the majority of cases, orders are canceled before customers are charged. If for some reason, you were charged and did not receive a refund, please start a chat with the Navore team to begin a refund request.
