Some producers that you see on Navore choose to use a third party organic certifier to prove that they are not using any synthetic inputs and following general organic farming practices.
Some small farmers also farm by these same guidelines without getting certified. Some reasons for that may be:
1. They find the certification process cost or record keeping requirements inhibitive.
2. They prefer minimal government interaction
3. They don’t feel the need to have a certification to prove their farming methods to their customers.
