Do I have to be home when my order is delivered?

Nope! The producer will drop off your order and be on their way. I do recommend bringing it into your home in a timely manner. But if you like warm carrots that’s your prerogative.

We recommend you try to be at home for specific deliveries such as MEAT or FISH. Producers pack these with appropriate temperature-controlled packages to make sure your order is fresh when it arrives, but once it is delivered the rest is up to you. 

FREE ADVICE! Leave a cooler outside if you won’t be home and order perishable products. Just be sure to add a note in your order so they know what to do with your products when they arrive.
